How long can it take to return a product without defects?

All our items come with a money back guarantee. If you decide to return the purchased product, you can do so within 14 days without giving a reason. The return period for goods purchased in the online store starts counting from the next day after receiving the goods. The request to exchange or return items is granted if the item:

  • Not used;
  • Not damaged;
  • Without losing the commercial appearance;
  • Has original undamaged packaging;
  • Has purchase documents.

What items cannot be returned?

It is not possible to return goods that were made according to the buyer’s individual order or adapted to his personal needs.

Where can I return goods?

  • You can return it using courier services. Send the product in its original packaging and also attach the proof of purchase.   • You can return it by postal machine. Send the product in its original packaging and also attach the proof of purchase. Package the shipment in accordance with the requirements for safe packaging. Self-service parcel terminal services are paid for by the buyer.

Which products are covered by the warranty and for how long?

Quality guarantee is provided for all our products. Unless otherwise stated, this warranty lasts for 2 years from the date of purchase.

What products are not covered by the warranty?

  • The properties of the product correspond to its description and are suitable for its intended use;
  • Defects in the product are due to improper use of the item by the buyer;
  • At the time of purchase, the buyer was aware of the product’s defects;
  • Quality assurance is not provided for information on media or devices. This means that we are not responsible if personal information is lost during the repair process. Costs if the customer wishes to restore their data are also not reimbursed.

Where should I contact for warranty service?

For warranty service, contact e-mail to the email address info@domussensus.lt. In the letter, attach the product purchase document and indicate the defects of the product.

Terms of product return and quality guarantee

Legal entities are granted a 12-month warranty period.

A 24-month warranty period is granted to natural persons.  

  1. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only, the original products may differ slightly from those shown. The specified photos cannot be used as a basis for claims. If in doubt about the specified product, please contact the sales manager before purchasing the product. The product is considered high-quality if it corresponds to the sample, model and description provided in the online store.
  2. The warranty obligations of the product manufacturer are valid only if the conditions of use of the product are not violated. To avoid misunderstandings, we suggest carefully reading the product’s operating instructions, if any. The warranty is valid only if the Buyer provides the Seller with a purchase document confirming the purchase of the goods from the Seller.
  3. High-quality and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged. The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason does not apply to legal entities. Defective goods must first of all be presented to the Seller or the Seller’s warranty service, and only after it is established that the goods cannot be repaired, they are replaced and/or returned.
  4. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer. In the case of a refund for the product, the amount paid for the delivery of the product is not refunded. Money for the product is returned to the Buyer only after the product is actually returned to the Seller.
  5. The provisions of Articles 6.333 and 6.335 of the Civil Code apply to the quality and warranty period of the goods. Disputes regarding the quality of goods, returns and other conditions of purchase and sale are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the rules of purchase and sale.
  6. Goods of inappropriate quality are exchanged or returned based on the “Rules for the return and exchange of goods, approved in 2001″. June 29 by order of the Minister of Economy no. 217.”
